WHEN TO MAIL

SAVE THE DATES: 6-12 months before your wedding date

INVITATIONS: 2-4 months before your wedding date

REPLY DATE: 1-2 months before your wedding date

*If you are hosting a destination wedding, aim for the longer end of the suggested timeline to allow guests plenty of time to finalize travel plans and accommodations.

WHEN TO ORDER

We are a small studio and take on a limited number of clients each wedding season. This ensures that we are able to provide you with the attention to detail in curating the details of your invitation suite and be able to accommodate your mailing date.

Once you’ve figured out when you need to mail out your save the dates and invitations, we recommend ordering at least 2 months before this mailing date. Save the dates can be coordinated to the design suite of your choice and can be ordered separately from your invitation suite to give you plenty of time to finalize your event details.

ORDERING PROCESS

1.     Choose from three curated suites, each with a unique element that reflects our simple, yet thoughtful design aesthetic.

2.     At the time of your order, you will be prompted to submit your details including any wording and images you’d like to have included as part of your suite.  A digital proof will be sent to you within 7-10 business days to approve.  Please make sure you look over spelling, dates and times carefully!

3.     One round of revisions is included with your order.  Any additional revisions will cost an additional $50 per invitation piece to be paid prior to being sent to press. 

4.     Upon final approval of your proofs, we will get started on printing!  This process typically takes 4 weeks for digital printing, 6 weeks for letterpress printing and an additional 2 weeks for additional add-ons such as enveloping addressing and suite assembly services.  We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays with supply issues or if any of your selected items are backordered. 

5.     A tracking number will be sent to you at the time we drop off your invites in the mail!  All invitation orders will shipped via UPS Ground. 

HOW MANY SUITES TO ORDER

Invitations are usually sent to each household.  We recommend counting the number of addresses and adding an additional 10-15 extra invitations for any last-minute invites or as a keepsake that your photographer can capture with your day-of stationery.  Orders can be placed in sets of 25.  If you need additional invitations once your order has been sent to press, there will be an additional $100 set up fee – please reach out as soon as possible if you think you may need additional invites. 

SAMPLE PACKS

Sample packs are available if you’d like a closer look at what each suite looks and feels like.  Each sample pack includes a piece from each suite printed in each of our signature colors, various paper card stocks that we carry and two envelope calligraphy examples.  The cost of your sample pack is then credited to you at the time you book your invitations with us!
